VisibleLogistics now has a telephone number for free support, which you can use to ask us for help or instructions, or to just talk about the software and how you can use it.
You can call us in the Netherlands on +31 10 7502604 (normal telephone charges apply) during European office hours. We can take calls in English and Dutch. Team member availability and hours vary a little. If we cannot help you immediately, we will be happy to return your call.
This is in addition to the existing support@visiblelogistics.com e-mail address and the support forum.
We will not be able to provide free telephone support indefinitely, but are happy to do so while we can.
